Perspective 488 and Two Sea Apartments are twin nine-storey, full-floor luxury apartment towers located on adjoining beachfront blocks in Palm Beach, Queensland. The development comprises three beachfront homes, offering ultra-luxury appointments that cater to the high demand for premium coastal living.

In my role, I contributed to the design of the roof, ensuring it complemented the architectural vision and met the structural requirements. I also assisted with the impact town planning application, addressing potential environmental and community considerations. Throughout the project, I was involved in construction observation and monitoring the implementation of design specifications. Additionally, I addressed Requests for Information (RFIs) from the site, ensuring clarity and resolution of any design-related queries. I also conducted defect checks to ensure the quality and integrity of the construction and participated in the completion phase, ensuring all aspects of the project met the required standards.
