The Sofia Apartments project, located at 35 Swann Road and 5 Central Avenue, Taringa, is a five-storey residential development comprising 20 apartment units. The project features three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments ranging from 106 to 123 square meters. The design emphasises open-plan living spaces, large cantilevered balconies, and a neutral, pastel colour palette to blend seamlessly with the surrounding leafy environment. The development aims to provide modern, spacious living with expansive views and a strong connection to its natural surroundings. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

In my role, I contributed to the project's town planning coordination, detailed design development, and coordination with consultants. I was also involved in construction observation, addressing Requests for Information (RFIs) from the site, and assisting in phasing the construction process to ensure alignment with the project's timeline and objectives.
