The Bella Baia development is a luxury apartment complex located in Redland Bay, Queensland, comprising 17 premium apartments across 8 levels, featuring a rooftop infinity pool and secure basement parking. The design aims to provide a modern and elegant living experience with stunning coastal views.

My involvement in the project included assisting in the early design stages, preparing the Design Excellence Report, and coordinating the town planning application. I also contributed to the design development phase and assisted in preparing the construction documentation.
