At Perspective Nexus, a premium nine-storey development located at 951 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach, I contributed to the project's design development and documentation phases. This boutique collection of 35 residences, including two penthouses and three two-level skyhomes, offers luxurious beachside living with resort-style amenities.

My involvement encompassed refining architectural details to enhance livability, ensuring compliance with planning regulations, and preparing comprehensive construction documentation. Additionally, I played a role in phasing the construction process to align with the project's timeline and objectives. I was also responsible for reviewing and addressing RFIs, providing construction observation, and creating detailed drawings to ensure the project met design intentions during the construction phase. This experience allowed me to collaborate closely with the design team and contribute to a development that exemplifies sophisticated coastal living.
