with HAL Architects

Perspective Helm is an exclusive, three-storey development located at 107 Stanhill Drive, Chevron Island, Queensland. Comprising just 10 luxury residences—including four waterfront villas, four river residences, and two two-storey penthouses—the project offers unparalleled riverfront living with private marina berths and high-end amenities. The development is scheduled to be completed in October 2025.

In my role, I contributed to the project from the early design stages through to the preparation of town planning, tender, and building approval documentation. My involvement ensured that the design met both aesthetic aspirations and regulatory requirements, facilitating a smooth progression from concept to approval.
