Achaar Restaurant
with RC Architecture
The Achaar is a product of innovative ideas, bringing together a new-age culinary experience for its patrons. Designed to appeal to a young, vibrant crowd, the restaurant serves authentic Indian cuisine with a modern twist, creating a high-energy yet comfortable atmosphere. The interiors are infused with bold colours, pop art, and an inviting aroma that enhances the dining experience. Warm, attentive service and pocket-friendly pricing further contribute to its appeal. The seating arrangement accommodates 5 to 6 dishes per table, making it ideal for small gatherings. Offering 40 dishes, including 15 vegetarian options, the restaurant delivers a variety of flavours. I led the project in collaboration with the Director of RC Architecture Studio, from concept design through to the halfway point of construction.
