Mixed use development in the heart if Helensvale. It has 9 stories of 1-3 bed apartments and retail on the ground level. My involvement in creating marketing plans, facade and interior designing, material selection, marketing design suite on site.
Social housing with 8 independent units focuses on functionality and accessibility for people with disabilities. It aligns with the understanding of users' needs, helping to bring communities together. My responsibilities included Construction Documentation, and then, as a Principal Consultant for Contract Administration support, I handled correspondence during the Construction Stage (with Neylan Architecture).
MPG Homez
MPG HOMEZ is a project in the seacoast of the city Trivandrum, India. This is one of the projects that I have been a part of design and coordination from the start. The project consists of 211 units with a view of the lake and the sea. Furthermore, has a fully equipped clubhouse with swimming pool, gym etc., It also consists of commercial space at the road front making it a prime property for real estate. The degree of responsibility for this project was high with tasks like designing, its management and coordinating with consultants. Additionally worked on releasing drawing packages, submitted sanction drawings to municipality and ministry of environmental affairs.
